During a routine exam Dr. Kureshi noticed that this dog's ears were full of debris. He took a closer look with the endoscope and discovered that ear mites had colonized the dog's ears. You cannot see ear mites with the naked eye. Ear mites bite the inner lining of the ear to irritate it causing it to produce wax which they then feed off. We're not sure how long this dog was suffering from ear mites and they did damage her ear drum but she should recover soon.
