The Great North Run is probably the most popular half marathon in Europe, one which i was lucky enough to run back in 2017. I was relatively new to running then, but wanted to raise money for a great charity in Family Fund. Its 2019 and im back, signed up for this years half marathon race and again working hard to raise as much money as I can for www.familyfund.org.uk Family Fund is the UK’s largest charity providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. Last year, FF provided 88,407 grants or services worth over £33 million to families across the UK. Their purpose is to improve the lives of low-income families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. Family Funds mission is to provide items and services to all low-income families in the UK raising disabled or seriously ill children, that they could not otherwise afford or access, and that help improve their quality of life, realise their rights, and remove some of the barriers they face. Their vision is that all families raising disabled or seriously ill children have the same choices, quality of life, opportunities and aspirations as other families. Family Fund were kind enough to put this short film together to highlight the cause im raising money for. If you would like to sponsor me then please visit: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraisin... If you would like to learn more about the fantastic work Family Fund do, then please visit: www.familyfund.org.uk All sponsorships received via my Just Giving page, as well an monies made from monetising this video, will all go to Family Fund.
