It was a freezing weekend, so we thought of a new project we could have fun with and came up with tshirt tie dying!!! We had a tie dye pack from Christmas so went out to but some plain cotton tshirts we could tie dye. After buying 3 tshirts fro a local clothing store we unpacked the tie dye kit and set to work making our cool new clothes. The girls decided to make a mini tutorial, it really was their first attempt and i think they did a fantastic job. The only change we would have made is leaving them to soak for a little bit longer as we only left them for 6 hours and the colour did fade a bit. But they still look awesome and we will be trying it again really soon. We purchased our extra kit from The Works, it was just £5 for 4 colours, so a steal. We used luke warm water to pre-soak and just a bowl with a grill on top to catch the excess dye. The part to make sure you get right it the swirl right at the start and band it up correctly.
